1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- The item must not be washed, worn, or altered in any way
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of children and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, opened, or are not in original condition
- Intimate apparel, underwear, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
